Ashan Batepola
Founder/ Chief Trainer
Ashan Batepola, holds a bachelor (Hons.) degree in English Language from The University of North Bengal, India and a Bachelor of philosophy degree from Salesian College Sonada, India. He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching from the Open University of Sri Lanka. He is a certified teacher of English Language from The Indira Gandhi National Open University, India.
He has over a half a decade experience in the field of English Language and Personality development. He has worked in various capacities with Don Bosco Sri Lanka, LKRIVI movement and Aquinas College of Higher Studies. He was also a teacher, the discipline office and the protocol officer at St. Thomas’ Catholic International College, Seeduwa and also, he is a freelance IELTS lecturer at UK Skills Awards, UK. (Remote). Currently he is attached to Horizon College International, Malabe.
Judy Perera
Co - Founder/ Head - Finance &HR/ Head - Operations & Marketing
Judy Perera, holds a professional qualification in human resource management from the Charted Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka. She also holds a diploma in HRM form the same Institute. She also holds an MA in Human resource management from the University of North Hampton. Judy is an affiliated member of the Charted Institute of Personnel management Sri Lanka.
She has over a decade of experience in the field of HR. Her illustrious career is rich with the experience in leading companies of Sri Lanka and US.
